The Northern Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NNGF), has felicitated with the First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, on the occasion of her 66th birthday.
This is contained in a message by the Chairman of the forum, Gov. Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State, signed by his media aide, Ismaila Uba-Misilli, on Monday in Gombe.
Yahaya described Tinubu as a woman of compassion, faith, dignity and remarkable commitment to humanity and national development.
He commended Tinubu for consistent commitment to the welfare of vulnerable Nigerians, particularly women, children and families in need.
The governor lauded Tinubu’s humanitarian gesture through the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), aimed at complementing the government’s efforts towards improving the wellbeing of the citizens.
“Your steadfast support for your dear husband, President Tinubu, is equally worthy of commendation.
”Through wisdom, grace and devotion, you have remained a source of strength and counsel, contributing quietly but significantly to the president’s efforts to steer our nation through a period of reform, renewal and transformation,” he said.
Yahaya expressed appreciation over Tinubu’s commitment to national unity, social welfare and inclusive development, stressing that Gombe State and the northern region value her efforts toward improving the lives of Nigerians, and strengthening the bonds of national cohesion.
He reiterated the commitment of the forum to work closely with her office, and the presidency to promote social welfare, improve the quality of life of the citizens, and foster a more united and prosperous Nigeria.
Yahaya prayed to God to bless Tinubu with good health, and more years of impactful service to humanity and the nation.
